Subscriptions

Track AI / VPS / domain renewals, get pushed before expiry, roll forward after paying.

Keep every "lapse and it stops" service in one list — ChatGPT, Claude, VPS, domains — with due date, billing period (monthly / yearly / one-time), amount and renewal link. Before expiry you get a browser push at 09:00 on each reminder day you chose (e.g. 30 / 7 / 1 days). After paying, hit "Renewed" and the due date rolls forward one period — even a long-overdue one jumps straight into the future, and month-end dates (Jan 31 → Feb 28) never spill into the wrong month. Active subscriptions are summed as "≈ US$/month" using live rates, with unconvertible currencies called out. Data is stored in plaintext under your account (the server must read due dates to schedule pushes) — unlike the zero-knowledge vault; push payloads are end-to-end encrypted so Apple / Google push services cannot read them.

How to use

  1. Sign in (same account as the vault / 2FA), click "Add subscription" and paste the renewal or dashboard URL into the first field: vendor, name and icon are detected for any site (not just the quick picks); then pick the due date.
  2. Click "Enable push reminders" and allow notifications. iPhone needs iOS 16.4+, added to the Home Screen and opened from there.
  3. Click "Send test" to confirm delivery instead of waiting for 09:00.
  4. After paying, click "Renewed" to roll the date forward; click "Cancel" to move a service to Ended.
  5. Export downloads every subscription on this account as JSON. Import accepts that file, or a Spark toolbar backup (subscriptions only; todos and seed rows are skipped).

FAQ

When are reminders sent?
Once per chosen offset, at 09:00 in the timezone your browser had when the entry was saved. Each reminder moment fires once; editing or renewing recomputes the schedule.
Is this data encrypted?
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS), but the server stores name, vendor, due date, amount, link and notes in plaintext — it cannot schedule pushes otherwise. Do not put passwords in notes; use the vault for those.
Does the server visit the URL I paste?
Yes, once, to read the page title and prefill the name. The page body is not stored, none of your credentials are sent, and the result is cached briefly per domain. The vendor name is derived from the domain in your browser; icons still come via the public icon-service proxy.
How is "≈ US$/month" computed?
Monthly as-is, yearly ÷ 12, one-time excluded; non-USD converted at current rates. Entries without a rate are left out and counted as "not converted".
Can I move renewal reminders from Spark?
Yes. In Spark click Export for a spark-backup JSON, then Import it here. Only subscriptions are taken; todos and seed rows whose notes start with 示例 are skipped. Spark’s TK (taka) is stored as ISO BDT. All-day due timestamps become calendar dates in the importing browser’s timezone (the same local date Spark shows as next due).
