FAQ
- What kinds of QR codes can it make?
- Text/links, Wi-Fi join, vCard contacts, email, SMS, phone dial and geo coordinates.
- Does generating a QR use the network?
- Yes. The payload is assembled locally, but the image is rendered by a QR-rendering API, so the data you enter is sent there to produce the picture — avoid putting sensitive Wi-Fi passwords through it on shared machines.
- Which error-correction level should I use?
- L/M/Q/H increase redundancy in that order. M is fine for most cases; pick Q or H if you’ll add a logo, print small, or expect wear and tear.
